Brandon has treated me with the same professionalism and care as any other resident. The apartments are very nice! Any concerned I had, was answers and fixed immediately. The accommodations are by far my favorite. I definitely recommend living here! Communication is awesome as well.

We moved in at the end of November 2023 and it has been a great experience so far. Andria toured the whole property with us our first visit and has been delightful ever since. She was immensely helpful during the paperwork process and is genuinely such a kind person. Any concerns we had was also promptly addressed and take care of by her. Thank you, Andria!

I had a great experience touring with Andira at Arlo! She was friendly, kind and professional. I needed to move in ASAP and she made it happen! Not only did she work quickly to get me all set up, but she found me a one bedroom unit in my price range. Whenever I had a question, she responded promptly via e-mail and followed up with phone calls. I am excited to move to Arlo and I appreciate her help in the process!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This apartment place should be closed down and reported to the city. The apartment staff scammed me into applying to 3 apartments that were not on the market , charged me over $200 and then did not process my application correctly. I also needed an immediate move in and the staff took over 72 hours to process my application. I went to a different property and was provided with a completely different experience. I was approved in 20 mins and signed my lease one hour later. Save your time, money, and energy and go elsewhere. The absolutely worst experience I have ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional and the office does not operate in an efficient manner. They do not care about servicing their tenants and are in the market to make money off application fees after they do the dog and pony show and waste your time.

I appreciate Andria for being so patient with me. She was excellent at answering all my questions. Her level of professionalism is outstanding! She is very personable, upbeat, and a positive individual. She listened and understood what I was looking for and I loved how she brought me to each room and had me imagine myself living at Arlo Buffalo Heights. The experience was Awesome! Thank you, Andria, for taking the time to care, listen, and making my leasing experience a great one!

I never truly hated something this much. To give a brief overview before I go into details, while living here I’ve experienced: - Delayed move in without prior notice - Receiving the wrong key at move in - Getting a dirty apartment - Frivolous charges - People getting their tires stolen from the parking garage - Car windows being smashed - Lack of concern and action in regards to car trouble - Car being towed from the parking garage First it started with them not notifying me on move in day that I will not be getting my keys at the agreed upon time (10am), but I’ll be getting them at the end of business day (5pm). I had the Uhaul loaded and had taken a day off of work for this. something I was not compensated for. They did give me credit on my account for the delay but that was all. When I did get Then proceeded to give me the wrong key to the apartment which I wasn’t able to get fixed till later in the night due to the office being closed. The maintenance people are the only good thing about this complex, they are kind and friendly and work fast. I have never had an issue with the maintenance staff. When I did get access to the apartment it was not what I expected, broken blinds, clogged sinks dirty floors and carpet. When I mopped the floors, the water was brown. I especially found it concerning that they advertised valet trash, charge us for valet trash but fail to provide the service. The lack of management quality really hit when my car battery died while it was parked in their garage and since it was sandwiched between two cars I couldn’t jump it either. I had called the front desk to see if they could contact the owners of those cars, perhaps they could move their cars so I could jump my car but I never heard from the staff all day regarding that. In fact it’s been 3 months since that incident and I haven’t heard back. I was able to figure it out with my car battery, no thanks to them. Just when I thought that was the worst thing they can do, the cherry on top of the cake was when they towed my car from the parking garage. I have no words for this. They towed a resident’s car, I think that speaks volumes. I still have half of my lease to go so that gives them 6 more months to top them selves.
